 L. D. GARRISON and M. M. MCCANN deed. For consideration of certain goods, wares and merchandise this day sold and delivered to Mrs. M. M. MCCANN and David GARRISON amounting to the sum of $200. sold and delivered by B. F. SANDERS of the County and state aforesaid and for other goods wares and merchandise which the above parties may wish to purchase of the said B. F. Sanders during the year or until the 1st day of November next, we do hereby agree to give and this is a lien on the following personal property to wit, 10 head stock cattle, 1 waggon now owned by said parties and also have bargained and sold the said B. F. SANDERS 5 bales cotton of the present crop now being raised on the Cummins place on Bayou Bartholomew in Drew Co., AR, to be delivered to the said B. F. SANDERS or his agent by the first of November next at the CUMMINS gin on said plantation.
  Now if the said Mrs. M. M. MCCANN and David GARRISON shall deliver said cotton according to said agreement then this to be void and in failure so to deliver said cotton the said B. F. SANDERS is hereby appointed and agent or attorney in fact to take possession of said personal property and sell the same in payment of said amount above specified.
  And it is further agreed that the said B. F. SANDERS shall pay to said parties the highest market price for said cotton at the time of delivery.

D GARRISON, in and to a certain tract or parcel of land being and lying in the Co. of Calhoun, St.. of AR, described as follows: the NW of the NW Section 33, TWP 12, Rng 12, 40A situated in the Co. of Calhoun, more or less, the same having been heired from the est. of James B. and Milley M. MCCANN.
