Note: obit from Valley Falls New Era Newspaper, 31 Aug 1911: Mrs Rispy Cain died August 29, 1911 at the home of her son southwest of town, aged 76years, 2 months and 5 days. She was born in Maconpin County, Ill and is survived by her husband W R Cain. the funeral was from the home of the son Wednesday and was attended by many friends of the family. the burial was in the Farrar Cemetery.
