a. Note:   It was by chance that I found that Syliva must have been the first child of Darius and Lydia. In 1910 Darius was living with her, her husband and Susan, their child in the Town of Castile. Of interest is the 20 year age difference between her and her husband, though they had been married 27 years. Her name may have been Sylivan or Sylviana. Her tombstone shows Sylvian. Also, the birth year on her tombstone differs by two years as compared to various censuses. The censuses show 1855, while tombstone shows 1853.
