Note: s Marriages in Halifax" shows that the Frosts were married on 15 Jan 1811 at Saint Paul's and that Sarah had not been previously married. This date essentially narrows the possibilities from among the known Bissetts of her mother's identity to the eldest child of Jean George Bisset, Anna Catharine born in 1756, and Louisa Catharine born in 1766. But Louisa Catharine is identified in the 1816 family estate settlement as Mrs. Harris.
