a. Note:   y 1935 and arrived 12th Dec 1835, on 11th Mar in 1844 he was given a passport of freedom back to England if he wanted to go and I have sent off to Australia for this documentation. I still have yet to find out if he died there or if he returned to his family in Essex
 Also possible that he fathered Henry Murrells born 1817 at the age of 17 but no records or document found for this 1861-71-81 .
 Henry married Charlotte in Halstead Jul-Sept 1838 12-152
 In 1871niece, Fanny Amey, lived with him and not confirmed if any children
Note:   At the age of 36 in 1835 he was convicted to seven and half years for what I'm still finding out but we think it was for stealing sheep. He was sent to New South Wales as an Australian convict on the Royal Sovereign 2 which set sale on 29th Jul
