a. Note:   FHL 1011828 death record in Philadelphia in 1899 at age 10 years old lists parents as Isaac and Ella Hackett with
 residence at 708 E Clearfield St. in ward 33 Philadelphia.
 He died from typhoid fever. The residence at 708 E Clearfield
 was listed for Isaac and Ella in the 1900 census.
  His burial is listed in Oddfellows Cemetery records on
 microfilm at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania
 Library on Locust Street in Philadelphia in the same
 cemetery plot as his grandmother and great-grandparents
 (2597), which ties four generations of Philadelphia
 Hacketts together.
