 Albany, NY?: unknown, 1918, 831 pgs.; Seaver, Frederick J.; page 338: "saw mill...east branch of the Deer river...built by Edwin S. Bean in 1857, sold to Richard Delarm, who then resold to Mr. Bean..." (this is in the town of Fort Covington, near Deer River Corners - aka Fort Covington Center)
  Gazetteer and business directory of St. Lawrence County, N.Y., for 1873-4: Child, Hamilton, 1836- : pages 156-157: "The First Wesleyan Methodist Church of Macomb, at Pope Mills, ....The pastor is Rev. Richard Delarm"
  1/22/1878 Richard purchased a house (on lots 17&18, block 342) in the town of Odgensburg, St. Lawrence Co., NY. The land purchased for $360.00 was bounded by Lisbon Avenue and Russell Street. The deed is in the collection of family papers held by James B De Larm.
  About 1885 moved to Hague, NY looking for a place high in the mountains (thought to have caught TB in the War).
  From the Ticonderoga Sentinel:
 Jan 9, 1875.
  A donation will be given to Rev.
 Richard DeLarm on the evening of
 Jan. 22nd, at the Pheonix Hotel.
 The committee promise a good
 time and cordially invite every
 body to attend, and to remember
 that "Many a nickle makes a
 muckle".
  From the Ticonderoga Sentinel:
 Feb. 14, 1874
  "Among the matters of interest
 in our town, I would metition a re-
 �ival of religion in progress, with
 many converts, in the Wesleyan
 Methodis denomination, under
 the pastoral labors of Rev. Richard
 De Larm. The good people here
 have shown their appreciation for
 his services by donating liberally
 for his benefit, amounting in the
 aggregate, to about $200."
  From The Plattsburgh Sentinel:
  6/24/1887
 "Rev. R. Delarm, a former pastor of
 the W. M. church at West Plattsburgh,
 died in Hague, Warren county, some two
 weeks since."
  3/20/1885
 "It is stated that Rev. R. DeLarm, pastor
 of the W. M. Church at West Ptettsburgh,
 has purchased a farm in the west
 part of the town of Hague, Warren county,
 and will soon take possession."
  12/29/1882
 "Christmas passed off quietly, with a
 splendid day. The only entertainment
 was a Christmas tree at the Wesleyan
 church of West Plattsburgh. The tree
 was adorned with rich presents. Some
 very fine instrumental music was rendered,
 and singing by the choir. A purse was
 raised by the people of West Plattsburgh
 and vicinity and presented to the pastor,
 Rev. Mr. Delarm."
  10/20/1882
 "There will be a Harvest Gathering at
 the W. M. parsonage, West Plattsburgh,
 Wednesday evening, October 25th, for the
 benefit of the pastor, Rev. R. Delarm. In
 connection with it the Ladies' Aid Society
 will give a genuine old-fashioned New
 England supper, of which all are invited
 to partake at the moderate and modest
 sum of twenty-five cents apiece. All are
 invited."

 payment of the money secured by a Mortgage dated
 the sixteenth day of January, 1860, executed by Richard
 DeLarm, then of the town of Bangor, in the county of
 Franklin and state of New York, to Emeline W. Tupper, then
 of the town of Bombay, in the county and state aforesaid,
 which Mortgage- was recorded In the office of the clerk of
 said county, In Liber No. 13 of Mortgages, at page 181, on
 the 14th day of April, 1860, at 4 o'clock p. m. The amount
 claimed to be.due upon said Mortgage, at the time of the
 first publlcation of this notice, is two hundred and sixty-five
 dollaa and ninety cents, principal and interest,which is the
 whole amount unpaid tereon, no suit or other proccding has
 been commensed to recover the amount secured by said
 mortgage or part thereof. Now, therefore notice is
 hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said Mortgage
 contained, and recorded as aforesaid, and in pursuance
 of the statute in such case made and provided, the said
 Mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises therein
 described, and same will be sold at public auction, at the
 front door of the hotel kept by Timethy B. Ladd in the
 town of Chateaugay, in said county of Franklin, on the
 twenty-fifth (25th) day of June, 1866, at one o'clock In the
 afternoon of that day. The said premises are described in
 said Mortgage as follows: All that piece or parcel of land
 situate In the town of Bombay, county of Franklin and state
 of New York, and bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at
 the south-east corner of lot one hundred and eleven, (111) of
 Valentine Gill's survey in Bombay, in the town line, and running
 thence wist thirty chains; thence north four chains and
 fifty links ; thence east thirty chains to the east line of Bombay
 ; and thence south four chains and fifty links to the
 place of beginning, containing thirteen acres of land, and
 being the same mill lot purchased by Abel Phelps and W. K.
 Tupper, of Lather Dan forth.�Dated this 29th day of March,
