Note: From the Ticonderoga Sentinel: 3/21/1935 "GRAPHITE Fred Doolittle, 74, passed away Sunday evenimg, March 10, at the home of his nephew, Marshall Kelly of West Hague. Mr. Doolittle had been ill for several weeks. Funeral services were conducted at the residence Wednesday morning at ten o'- clock, the Rev. H. W. Brown and the Rev. Frank Taylor of Hague officiating. Interment was in the Valley View cemetery. The Ticonderoga Masonic Lodge, of which he was a member, conducted a brief service at the grave. Survivors include two sister, Mrs. Alice Kelly and Mrs Sarah Leach, (both of Hague), and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Doolittle had spent most of his life in Hague. He was employed by the American Graphite Co., for whom he had worked for thirty-five years."
