  Information for this branch of the family is from a document sent by Hazeldean Ballard to Dennis Reed.
  Birth Dates of James C. Billings and Perneta Herring comes from what appears to be the Billings Family Bible that was passed down to Willam Henry Billings (their oldest son) along with the birth dates of all their children. The first page has typed on it the following "From Mary A. Wood (Mrs Everett Earl). The first two pages taken from her fathers Bible and the others from her. She does not say where she got the dates." This record was sent to Hazeldean Ballard from Lewis Billings, 500 N Detroit, Russelville Ark. prior to 1986, and sent to Dennis Reed in 1986.
