Note: The 1930 US Census record for Charles D. Gaskill residing at Long Beach, Long Beach, California matches names on pictures I have for Charles Orvis Gaskill and all of his family. Included on the 1930 census record are Charlotte Billings and Ethel Billings listed as neices of Charles. The lsat names of the two girls should be Billups. They are the children of Charles's sister Julia Aribella Gaskill and Lloyd Billups who both died between the 1920 census and the 1930 Census. The ages match those in the houshold of Lloyd and Julia Billups in the 1920 Census at Oroville, Okanogan, Washington. There is a Charlotte Billings in the family but the age is not correct and she as a cousin.
