  "In 1775, Ole bought the Sevre farm from his father before settlingthe estate with Guri. He paid 600 rd. which satisfied everyone. In 1780, the brothers-in-law, Tosten and Ole Aaalrust, Fingar Berg andHans Bordalen sold their parts in Sevre to Ole for 45 rd. each. Oletook over the northern Sevre farm. He died 'hastily.'
  In 1781, Ole had a strange case. His father had a claim from 1778 onthe Knud Bjornset Jordet, security in the farm southern Nordhagen, for375 rd. On the auction sale in 1779, Ole bought the farm for 608 rd.,but Knud did not move off the farm. Then, Sheriff Throndsen came on May 2nd, 1781, to the farm to get Knud's answer on Ole's claim. All they heard was that "I don't own anything here, but attorney Kyhn at Bragnes (Drammen) who has put me to manage." About the protests against this - the story does not tell. Ole was found dead the next morning." (Sevre-Slekt by Sigmund Sevre, p. 27)
