Funeral for Mrs. H.O. Vold on Tuesday afternoon 1st Lutehran ChurchNorthwood, Iowa with Rev. Oscar Mikkelson, officiating. burial was atSunset Rest Cemetery. Pallbearers: Howard Bakken, Hadley Harmon, OttoBrunsvold, Stanley Vold, Clifford Peterson and Clayton Pixley. TheConner funeral Home is in charge. She was the former Ingeborg OlineTrustem born on November 16, 1872 in Bristol Twp, to Knut and KariTrustem. Baptixed in Feb. 23, 1873, and converted in Wisconsib byReb. Towelson. She married Halgrim O. Vold on September 1, 1892 bythe Rev. L.O. Pedersen. It was the first marriage in the new ElkCreek Church. Her husband preceded her in death on February 23, 1950.They had five children, four preceded her in death, Otto, Herman,Hannah, and Eldora. Survivors are Clara, Mrs. Henry J. peterson ofNorthwood, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren, She wasa member of a family of 11 children and four step children. She was amember of the Elk Creek Lutheran Church. In 1917, the Vold familymoved to Northwood. She made her home with Mrs. Peterson after herhussband died. Northwood Anchor - October 31, 1957.
