Note: , Iowa. This may be Ogden, IL in Champaign County which is east and somewhat south of Peoria. I have not checked to see if a family member lived in Ogden in 1885. It may be that the rail line ended there and did not go to Peoria then. Ogden, Iowa did have a sizable Swedish population so additional research needs to be done.
She was born at a place called Hammersebo.
