Hanks and Mary F. Hanks, his wife. W.H. Coil and Permelia Ann Coil, his wife. L.L. Hanks and Alice Hanks, his wife. C.W. Kennett and Martha E. Kennett, his wife, late Martha E. Hanks. T.B. Hanks. G.W. Hanks. Sell to Benjamin Pendley land owned by W.C. Hanks. All of above signed their names plus an Emma F. Hanks; and somewhere in the record it has Emma F. wife of W.E. Hanks. But both Baber and Marian Hammers has Mary F. Hanks as his wife. _________________________________________________________________ According to Mr. Gatlin's data, William Ephraim Hanks was a Confederate soldier; son Thomas B. died a bachelor as did son, Granville; son Larkin was a Professor and his wife Alice was from Owensville, Indiana; Martha E.
