a. Note:   ther was Hans Ad. Dock, when he married Maria Elizabeth Gass in 1715. Peter Dock said his father was Adolph Dock, when he married in 1711. He was Johann Adam Dock when he married Anna Margaretha Port in 1680. However, when their first child was born, one year later, 10 Feb 1681, he was Johann Adolph Dokk (Anna Margaretha Port, wife) and they named the child Johann Adolph.
