Note: Ruth Cochrane Huffman was born May 22 1896 in Kittanning Pa. Ruth was the daughter of Huston K and Laura Cochrane. Her father was known as H K and was a Postal Inspector and as a result the family lived in a number of different places. Evidently the family lived in Buffalo N. Y. during Ruth's early teens as she had several friends in that area with whom she remained in contact with throughout most of her life.
