Note: Lewis Desenberg Huffman was born in Ohio City, Van Wert Co Oh on May 7 1894 �46 Lewis was the son of of Frank A and Mary Desenberg Huffman. Lewis had an older sister Anna who died Nov 24 1901. His mother died on Feb 12 1900 shortly after giving birth to a daughter Rachel. Rachel died on Feb 17 1900. After Mary's death the two surviving children were placed under the guardianship of J.J. Ewing but from the final accounting in the release of the guardianship in 1906 it seems likely that the children lived mostly with their Grandmother Anna. �42
