Note: Frank A Huffman was born Oct 17 1859 in Richland Twp, Allen Co Ohio, the son of Lewis and Anna Huffman. He was educated in Beaver Dam village school and graduated from Ohio Northern University in Ada Oh. in 1885 as a Civil Engineer. After graduation he was employed at the First National Bank of Lima until he resigned in 1887 to engage in the lumber business in Ohio City, Van Wert Co Oh.
