  Virginia M. Todd, 77, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. A celebration of life service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Grace Chapel Presbyterian Church in Madison. Officiating ministers will be Rev. James F. Truesdell, Rev. Bob Rambo, and Beth S. Taylor. Her body was donated to the University of Mississippi Medical Center for medical science.
  Virginia was born in Meridian and was the ninth child of the late R.D. and Pearl Stainton McArthur. She attended Meridian Junior College, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Maryville College, Maryville, Tenn., and Masters in Religious Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Va.
  Her parents, brothers, Stainton, David and Donnell McArthur, and three sisters, Mary M. Beard, Betty M. Millison and Mildred P. McArthur preceded her in death.
  Survivors include her husband, Wilbur L. Todd of Ridgeland; two children, Lee Ann Davidson and her husband, Lee of Amory, and Robert M. Todd of Asheville, N.C.; two grandchildren, Jessica and Bryce Davidson of Amory. Survivors also include two brothers, John M. McArthur and his wife, Margaret of Clinton and Irvin K. McArthur and his wife, Margaret of Westminster, Colo. She also leaves sisters-in-law, Kathleen S. McArthur of Tuscan, Ariz., Grace P. McArthur and Geneva M. McArthur of Maryville, Tenn.; and 26 nieces and nephews.
