a.	Note: I'm not sure this is the correct Ben Stuart, but this was the only one enumerated in the census for Paragould, Greene, Arkansas so I have a strong hunch it is the correct one.
b.	Note: After he tried to kiss me on the mouth, mother didn't have anything else to do with him although she never divorced him. At his death, she didn't try for any of his property, etc. I think his family was glad about that.
