Note: Moved with his wife, Rose, and two boys, Keith and David, to Coolangatta on Queensland's Gold Coast in 1956 for the health of his wife. They lived at 19 Petrie Street, Coolangatta. After Rose's death in 1958 Thomas raised the boys but never remarried. He
