Notes
a. Note:   Data obtained whilst researching Nairn families born Stewarton.Ayr. Endeavouring to link early Nairn [Nern, Iron] born Stewarton.
 Other database RootsWeb , -
 Rustor,[my ancestors- Bloakhillhead,]
Farm areas in early Stewarton with links to Nairn name- Mosside & Wardlaw[ database now WarMoss]
 Highcorfe? & Irvinehills[database now Irvhigh]
and Spares - I havent been able to find common ancestor as yet !!
Sources provided but need to verify correct lineage, Have added / leads to other researchers data to link names. !
  Regards information here -
Placename Highcorfe may be spelt incorrect, my attempt at deciphering OPR.!
Have now found farm in same area as Bloakhillhead and Irvinehills name -Highcross -in all probability this would be correct.
Reference points - as to parents for a Robert jnr * I have 2 births for a Robert Nairn born to father Robert in Stewarton, -
**1743 - Robert Nairn and Margaret Howie -
1748- to Robert Nairn & Mary Alexander in Wardlaw. -
Regards birth entry for daughter Margaret * PROBABLE parents for her father Robert ** so have now linked here.?
  NB.
Proximity of farms Bloakhillhead, Irvinehills and Highcross, and births of these children occurring there would suggest Robert snr C1710 and Cuthbert c1719[database rustor] ,were probably related [brothers/cousins]!!
