Stevens died at his home two miles north-east of the city (Keithsburg) Thursday night, Dec 13, aged 72 years. Mr. Stevens had been a resident of this county for fifty years (?) He was born in Muskingum County, Ohio. He has been a member of the ME Church for many years and he uniformly voted the democratic ticket."
