Note: (Research):In the 1930 census, Alfred Dahl is once againlisted in Lyons, Cook County, Ill (outside of Chicago), age 32(1897 birth year), born in Wisconsin to Norwegian-born parents, marriedto Lydia. . Unless of course his wife's name wasn't Lydia. Maybe you could find a marriage record for Alfred. Thecensus tells how long they were married do you have thatinfo? If not, I can get it for you. They were probablymarried in Lyons, since he lived there before and Im surethat her family would insist on having a local wedding intheir very own Catholic church!
