Note: Died at home after taking a walk. He had been hospitalized several weeks following a heart attack.
Herb, Beverly, Zane, and Andy lived together at 647 Blackfoot Trail, Jamestown, Ohio at the time of his passing.
He had wondered if the poodle, Gidgette, would remember him when he got out of the hospital. Of course she did. Got right around his neck in the car to come home. He was sitting in the chair when he died and she was on his lap. The moment he died she got up and went over on the couch and whimpered.
