Note: 1998 Claude Beard Jr. shared a story that when Charlie and Homer had run a tractor over into the Neighbors field and he became angry that he got his gun and went to see Hardie, their father. Hardie was said to have told the farmer that he should be ware that if he got one of the boys that he better watch out because the other would get him.
