 Subject: Querles Ginn Family
 Dear Jackie,
I was very interested in seeing your Rootsweb page on Querles S.Ginn. He would be my G G Grandfather! I went to Louisiana/Mississippi years ago to explore some of the areas where they lived. I believe the marriage license for Querles and Sarah Ann Ginn(I35441) is in West Feliciana parish. It named a John Bell and I believe that is her Father. They lived in the Clinton to New Roads area, but I have never been able to find where they are buried, although I have heard of a Ginn cemetery. Mary Ginn(I35455) married John Brashier Zugg first and I think she may have died in childbirth; later he married her sister, Adeline(I35458). I'm descended from Adeline and John.
They had children: William(Willie) Jacob Zugg(married Percy(Pearl) Rince Cavin)(5 children) in Texas; and Ella Zugg(married John Carpenter)(5 children) in Mississippi-California, and John(I think he died of appendicitis at an early age). John and Adeline died when the children were young in the thyphoid fever epidemic. Willie went to live with his maternal Uncle, Dr.John B.Ginn(I35454), maybe around Maringouin, but he apparently did not like all the strict rules and "ran off!"
Ella stayed with maternal Aunt Lenora(Nora-had a boarding house)(I35459). There are some Ginn cousins in the vicinity of Fordoche-Lottie,Louisiana. In the Cottonwood Cemetery there is a much later Querulous Silars Ginn, which is what the older Querles' "S" may stand for.
I hope this can help out; if you know where any of the early Ginns are buried, please let me know!
 Best wishes and God bless,
 Morris
