Subject: Re: Family History Date: Fri, 28 Jan 2000 10:00:26 -0700 From: TED_CORRINGTON@fmc.com To: mjean <mjean@humboldt.net> Dear Myrna- I apologize, but I don't know your full name yet, so I'll just call you Myrna for now, if that's O.K. Sorry about the delay in my response, but I figured we might as well get the holidays out of the way and then maybe things will get back to normal. I am willing to send you copies of what I have on my geneology, and hopefully it will be of help to you. You are correct, I do descend from John Corrington, and am aware of his marriage to Sarah Young Thompson. I was unaware, however of the story behind her first marriage to David Thompson, and how he left her to pursue gold in California. Quite interesting. I do know however, that the Kunz family in Victor, Idaho is also a descendant of your Thompson family line. Victor is not far from where I live here in Pocatello, and by mere coincidence I happen to know some of the Kunz's family members here in Pocatello. I am planning on sitting down with them and discussing our lineage, and then I will share that with you as I learn more. They are a wonderful family, and the Kunz's who still live in Victor are getting up there in years, so I intend to find out what I can while they still have their health. I'll try to keep you posted. Please let me know your mailing address and I will send you copies of what I have up to now. Sincerely- Ted A. Corrington
