I have been searching high and low for Myrtle Ginn (daughter of James Madison Ginn) who married Lonza Webster in 1903, in the censuses with absolutely NO luck! However, I have a far-fetched idea which has no basis in fact, just a wild idea I thought I'd run by you. Fact: James Minzy Ginn's dau Cynthia married a Ruben C. Webster who already had a son, Nathan Samuel born Dec. 1875 according to the 1900 census. Note where they lived..in Collier. 1900 Collier Beat 4, Madison, AL ED 105 sheet 7A 13 Jun 1900

Lonza Webster married Myrtle D. Ginn and then apparently disappeared off the face of the earth. In 1910 Myrtle would have been about 26. I am just wondering if "Lonza" could somehow be Nathan Samuel Webster? He's the right age for Myrtle. But where is Myrtle? I have found this for 1910 which indicates that Nathan Samuel married in 1903, which is the correct year, but his wife has the wrong name:

Nowhere do I find Myrtle D. as Nathan Samuel's wife. And how would "Lonza" be derived from Nathan Samuel? Aarrgh!
If we toss out that theory, then I have two more for ya!
I found this in 1930, but have been unable to find them in 1920 or 1910. Myrtle is the right age...Samuel L could be Samuel Lonza.

My theory for that Lanzie Harbin is this could be Lonza Webster (censustaker error?). Told ya it was farfetched. Wife has the wrong name, too. And I can't find Lanzie as a teenager living at home in 1900 in Madison Co, nor can I find him in 1920.
Got any thoughts on this? I realize your thoughts are more centered on your construction right now, but put this aside till you have time to focus on it, and in the meantime, maybe I'll find the answer!!!!!!
