Note: l; he died of cardiac arrest and was buried in Hitchcock, TX; he was a self-employed insurance salesman in Michigan from 1932-1940; he seems to have moved to Michigan not long after his birth; he lived there as of 12/16/1942, when he was inducted into the US Army; he joined active service 12/29/1942; after 3 years in the Army in Oklahoma he was discharged in De. 1945; he appears to have reenlisted right away and gone to Korea; he was discharged in Sept. 1948 and appears to have planned to finish college in Oklahoma; he had completed 2.5 years of college earlier;
