 Paul Smith
 WEIRTON - Paul D. Smith, 67, of 516 Hazlett Ave., a self-employed painter until his retirement, died Tuesday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
 He was a member of the Iuka United Brethren Church and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
 Surviving are a brother, Mike of Marietta; and three sisters, Bessie Tennant of Follansbee, Betty Shreves of Middlebourne and Mrs. John (Nancy) Hawkins of La Porte, Ind.
 He was born Oct. 20, 1917, in Middlebourne, a son of the late Albert and Harriett Gorby Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Whiteman Smith.
 Friends may call at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday; services there Friday at 11 a.m.; the Rev. Gary Lemasters; Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
