a. Note:   Funeral services for J. Arthur Henley, retired Joplin industrial arts teacher and youth leader, will be held at 3:30 this afternoon in the First Presbyterian church, Dr. Otto Seymour, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Ozark Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of the Parker-Hunsaker mortuary. Friends may call at the chapel until 2 o'clock this afternoon and then at the church until the funeral hour.
 Active pallbears will be William C. Johnson, Hugh Claycomb, Leffern Pfling, Charles Osborn, George Carroll, and Jack Rouse. Honorary pallbears will be Guy Nearing, Wiley Inger, Carl Morgenthaler-Troutman, F. C. Gardner, W. R. Pickering, C. V. Gaugler, Gordon Dale and Floyd Waatkins.
 Mr. Henley died Thursday morning at his home 620 Picher Avenue. He taught in Joplin schools 35 years and retired in 1946.
