Note: illegitimate in some genealogies. Pierre Joseph Chauvin Delery is her father, but, her mother may not be Francoise LeBlanc. She was born after her father's death to a "Francoise". Jean Baptiste Faucon Dumanoir, who upon learning of the death of Pierre Joseph, asks for a convocation of a family meeting to elect a curator to the minor widow and a tutor & under tutor to the unborn child. Dumanoir is listed as Pierre Chauvin Delery's brother -in-law on his succession papers. It is surmised that "Francois" was Christine Delery's mother and not Francois LeBlanc. Pierre Joseph Chauvin Delery would have been about 55-57 yr. old at death and quite possibly had taken a concubine or replacement for an aging or deceased wife.
