 DISCREPANCY:
Possible birth date is earlier (No documentation) due to birth date of wife, Lavaka "Savka" Stephanka Livro born Abt. 1852 which is documented. Also could be very possible that Lavaka was eleven years older than her husband.
 **********
 SERBIAN PRONOUNCIATION:
The spelling would be Baltic, but in staying true to the pronounciation of their surnames most people changed the spelling of their surnames when arriving to the US, Canada or Australia. (the "ic" ending is pronounced "ich" and means something like "son of", like the "son" following some english and scandivanian surnames or the "Al-" prefix to certain arabic surnames.
