a. Note:   Mary A. Marx (1922 - 2012) Obituary
 Mary A. Marx, 89 of Marshfield died on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Miller Alternative Care in Marshfield under the Ministry Home Care Hospice program.
 Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 am Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at St. John's Catholic Church with Fr. Samuel Martin officiating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitations will begin at 9:30am Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church until time of the service.
 Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
 Mary was born on September 19, 1922 in Merton, WI to Anton and Caroline (Dersch) Frank and moved to Marshfield in 1942.
 She was united in marriage to Cyril J. Marx on April 27, 1946 at St. John's Catholic Church. Cyril died on March 11, 1996.
 Mary was employed at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory and St. John's Parochial school as a baker and cook for their hot lunch program. She enjoyed wood crafting, floral gardens, quilting, taking rides and looked forward to visits with her grandchildren.
 Mary is survived by her children, Michael (Onalee) Marx of Monroe, Mary Collar of Moab, UT, Barbara (Ronald) Greenway of Marquette, MI and Joseph Marx of Monroe; 5 grandchildren, Matthew (Jill) Marx, Caroline Marx, Marie Greenway, Ronald Greenway, Jr. and Michel (Tom) Weaver and three great grandchildren, Tommie and Michael Weaver and Mason Marx. Mary is further survived by three brothers, George Frank of Marshfield, Kenneth (Phyllis) Frank of Santa Rosa, CA, and John (Cathy) Frank of Lake Forest, CA; three sisters, Virginia (Forrest) Torgerson of Iola, Caroline Neuman of Marshfield and Jane Grey of Sacramento, CA. and a sister-in-law Cecilia Frank of Sunnyvale, CA.
 Besides her parents and husband Cyril, she was preceded in death by three sisters Antoinette Koch, Rose Frank and Elizabeth Frank, one brother Howard Frank and a sister-in-law Eileen Frank.
 Mary knew Jesus as her personal savior.
 Memorials may be given to St. John's Parochial School or Ministry Home Hospice Care.
