1. Page:   Mrs. Ann Clark died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Callahan, of Glen Haven, last Friday, May 26th (1893) after a long winter of pain and suffering. Her remains wee brought to our city Saturday morning. The funeral services were held in the Sacred Heart church of this city, Rev. Father Bowen, of Sabula, officiating, and the remains were interred in the Bellevue cemetery, beside her husband who had gone before her. Mrs. Clark was the widow of James Clark and one of the oldest settlers in Jackson county, having resided in Washington township for fifty-two years. The deceased was an estimable lady and had a large circle of friends throughout this county. She was 68 years of age, and the cause of her death was a cancer on her breast.
