Word has been received in Topeka of the death of Mrs. Ethel Carter Netrafa, former resident of Topeka, who died Friday at her home in Ashtabula, Ohio.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Sallie E. Carter, of Topeka; three sisters, Mrs. L.E. Brooks, Mrs. E.E. Emerson and Miss Ruth Carter all of Topeka.
Services will be held Sunday in Ashtabula. Burial will be Monday at the Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio.
