Know all men by these presents that I Paschal Craddock of the County of
Barren and state of Kentucky Guardian to William Henry Clement, Rebeckah Clement, Sally Clement, Harriet Clement & Mary Ann Clement Heirs of William Clement Decd. late of Amelia County State of Virginia doth by these presents constitute and approve Sherwood W. Atkinson of Logan County and state of Kentucky my true and lawful agent or Attorney in fact for me and in my name and stead and for my use to ask for demand receive of John Booker of Amelia County Virginia executor or administrator of the said William Clement Decd. whatever sum or sums of money is due or coming from said Estate to the aforesaid Heirs of William Clement Decd. and I do hereby vest my said agent or attorney with full power and authority to recover receive and receipt for whatever monies is due to my said Wards and further to do every act and thing in the said premisses which I myself could do were I present and had done the same in my own person hereby ratifying and confirming whatever my said attorney may Lawfully do in the above premisses. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this 3rd day of April 1816
