  Report of Jury. Find Lucinda Doughty utterly incapable of managing her own affairs. An idiot. She has a negro girl worth about $400 and a balance coming from her father's estate of about $350 and some other property worth about $5. Signed: Jonathan Bailey, Rezin Thompson, Philip Fisher, Archibald Huffman, William Harrison, Charles H. Spears, Samuel Cartwright, Henry Bradly, John Swan, H. Z. Borum, Robert Huffman and William S. Swan. Ordered the appointment of a guardian for Lucinda
