Note: 1922, page 5, column 3: MARGARET MURPHY ROCKWELL Mrs. Dell Rockwell, of Lexington, dies: Mrs. Dell Rockwell died at her home in Lexington at 11 o'clock Saturday night (June 3, 1922) after a two years' illness with tuberculosis. Margaret Murphy was born in Arrowsmith Township, Illinois, on Nov. 25, 1882. At the age of 3 years she moved to Nebraska with her parents, where she lived for twenty years, returning to Illinois, where in March, 1910, she was married to Delmar Rockwell. They have since made their home in Lexington. Besides her husband, she is survived by twin daughters, 11 years old, Doris and Dorothy, and a son, Virgil, 9 years old, and her four brothers and five sisters residing with their father in Greeley, Nebraska. Mrs. Rockwell was a faithful member of the Catholic Church in Lexington. The funeral announcement will be made later. Obituary: The Daily Pantagraph, Bloomington, Illinois, June 6, 1922 Hold Rockwell Funeral: "Funeral services for Mrs. Dell Rockwell of Lexington, Ill. will be held from the Catholic Church in that place at 11 o'clock this morning. Burial will be at Wiley's Cemetary in Colfax."
