Note: From Affidavit to determine heirs; dated 1960
Affiants further state that at the date of her death the said Susan Sims owned no property situated within the State of Texas other than her community one-half interest in two tracts of land containing 96.5 acres of land more or less, out of the Russell Ward 3/4 League and 76.5 acres out of the George Tumlinson 1/3 league, situated in Gonzales County, Texas so far as known by the affiants.
At the date of her death the said Stella L. Dussair owned no property having a permanent situs within the State of Texas so far as known to affiants other than her undivided interest in the above mentioned land.
So far as known to affiants neither the said Arthur M. Sims nor James H. Sims (Jr?) owned property at the dates of their deaths, respectively, having a permanent situs in the State of Texas other than their undivided interest in the above mentioned land.
