Note: Records of St. Paul's Union Lutheran and Reformed Church, Numidia, Columbia County, Pennsylvania, show a "Joan Gutman" baptized September 30, 1852, date of birth August 25, 1852, parents William and Susanna Gutman, sponsors Heinrich and Katherine Helwig. (1) This is undoubtedly a mistake, the date of birth agreeing with the order of listing in (2) for Isaac as the third child of William Goodman and Ruthana LeVan with no listing of a Joan and all other children being accounted for in (2)
