Note: My Grandfather Alex Wallace once recalled his childhood, remembering when he was about 5-6yrs old when 'Lizzie' came to stay and help in the house. We assume up to that time she had been looked after > by her grandparents 'Scott'. I remember going down with Grandad & Parents to visit 'Aunt Lizzie & Jim', at Damside cottage. There was always some of their family passing by. Good memories.
