 gives the following information
 "David Jennings (b. 1 Jan 1771, Bradford, MA; d. 10 Jan 18560, on 28 Jan 1794 at Bradford, MA, married Hannah Wellman (b. 13 Sep 1769, Lyndeboro, NH;d. 3 Apr 1840). They removed from ME to Ravenna, OH in 1802 and puchased 115 acres of "wild" land from Benjamin Tappan. David Jennings and Robert Eaton erected a mill on the Mahoning which was teh second grist-mill in the township.
  1850 Census listed in Ravenna(East Half), Portage, Ohio in household of son Lewis E. Jennings
