Note: e adoption record was obtained from the San Miguel County Clerk of District Court, Telluride, Colorado 81435. The case citation record was "Order Declaring Child Adopted, March 16, 1918". This was the official act that changed Ellen's last name from TEFFT to WELCH.
Ellen's gravesite can be found at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens, Space #1, Lot 266B, Klamath Falls, Oregon.
