 Mrs. Nellie Wilson of Ypsilanti, a resident of Gaylord for many years, was married at the home of her brother, L. A. Qua, Sunday , October 4, at two o'clock in the afternoon, to George Doyle of Kalkaska. Rev. Otis of Kalkaska performed the ceremony. Maid of honor was Mrs. Reade Pierce, daughter of the bride, and the ring bearer was little Jeanne Louise Pierce, granddaughter. The best man was Reide Pierce, son-in-law of the bride. A wedding dinner was served to the sixteen immediate relatives present. Immediately following the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle left for Kalkaska, which will be their future home. Mr. Doyle is manager of a men's furnishing store. Mrs. Doyle spent most of her life, until 17 years ago, in Gaylord. Mr. Doyle has spent most of his life in Kalkaska. The countless friends of the bride extend best wishes.
