Note: Came out to Australia in 1924, going to West Australia first. He took up a land grant there and had partially cleared and fenced it when his parents decided to come out and he was co- opted to arrange it from Melbourne, where they wanted to go to. So he left W.A. and went over to join his brother Mark in Melbourne. Some of the girls arrived out in 1926 and the rest of the family followed in 1929. In WW1 - R.A.F. WW2 - 6th Div. Field Workshops - Aust 2nd AIF (Lt. Col) AAOL Went overseas on "Empress of Japan" - 1st ship to leave Aust. for war zone. Four children - 21 grandchildren.
