Alexander Lawson Smith's company, Col. Moses Rawling's regiment, Maryland troops, for two years. He came to McLean county, Illinois, about 1830, died there November 23, 1832, and is buried in the old McCullough family cemetery on what is now the Elkins farm. "Illinois Revolutionary War Veteran Burials", 1917 - Bev Added: Aug. 31, 2011 (this is on Find a grave Memorial 37569038 --------------------------------------- Rosewood Cemetery, Bloomington, McLean Co., Ill has a grave stone for John McCullough, son of Alex & N. McCullough who died May 18, 1880 aged 24 yrs, 7 mo, 12 days. This would put his birth about 1856. Notes on this cemetery say it is also known as West Twin Grove Cemetery because it is located right next to the West Twin Grove Church on Twin Grove road and 1425 North Road. Not sure who this John McCullough is. He is too young to be Milton's dad.
