Mrs. Catherine Billand
Wife of Alfonso Billand, died at her home 1429 Bell avenue, at 6:20 o'clock last evening of complication of diseases. She was born in Germany, March 26, 1873 and resided in this city for a number of years. She was a member of St. Mary's German Catholic Church and was held in esteem in the community in which she lived. She is survived by her husband and five children, Alphonse, Joseph, George, Caroline, And Frederick. She is also survived by her father, Peter Quirin, and five brothers and three sisters, Peter jr., George, Charles, John and Joseph, Mrs. Philip Kimmel, Mrs Joseph Neff and Mrs. Edward Scraff. The funeral will be held on Thursday morning at 9 o'clock with mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Mary's cemetery.
