Mrs. Margaret Kimmel
Formerly of 3010 Pine Ave., died after an extended illness at 1:15 a.m. yesterday at the Little Sisters of the Poor home for the aged in Toledo, Ohio, where she had been a guest for the past five years. She was born in Germany July 19, 1879, a daughter of Peter and Caroline (Porta) Quirin, and married Philip L. Kimmel, who died in 1936. Surviving are two sons, Jerome S. of Seneca Falls, N.Y., and Wilfred of Mansfield, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and six brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mary Schraf, Mrs. Wilhelmina Neff, Joseph and John of the city, George of Hollidaysburg and Peter of Pittsburgh. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Friends will be received at the Stevens Mortuary after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
